ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ; ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਟੈਰੇਟਰੀ
ਸਧਾਰਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਫ਼ਰਕ ਨਹੀਂ । ਪਰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਘੜੰਮ ਚੌਧਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਚੌਧਰ ਖਤਮ ।
ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਗਿਆ । ਉਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਸਧਾਰਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਫ਼ਰਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਵੇਗਾ । ਪਰ ਉਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦਾ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਸਟੇਟ ਦਾ ਦਰਜਾ ਖਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਲਦਾਖ ਨੂੰ ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਤੋਂ ਅਲੱਗ ਕਰਕੇ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਟੈਰੇਟਰੀ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ।
ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੌਧਰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਰਗੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ । ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਰਗੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ । ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਬਹੁਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਜੰਮੂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਵੀ ਬਣ ਸਕੇਗਾ ।

Nav Chetan ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਸੱਚ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਧਾਰਾ 370 ਨੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ । ਦੂਜੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਇਕ ਉਜਾੜ ਟਾਪੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ।
ਮੇਰਾ ਖਿਆਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਮਹਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਟਕਾ ਕੇ ਰੱਖਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਖਾਤਮੇ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ ਹੈ । ਬਹੁਤ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਤੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਆਰ ਐੱਸ ਐੱਸ ਕੋਲ ਅਲੱਗ ਅਲੱਗ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਮਾਹਿਰ ਬੈਠੇ ਹਨ । ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਕ ਸੋਧ ਦੇ ਧਾਰਾ 370 ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਮਗਰ ਓਨਾ ਦੀ ਬੁੱਧੀ ਹੀ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ । ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ।ਪਰ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ।
ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਘਾਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਯੂਥ ਦਾ ਇਹੋ ਹਾਲ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਚਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ।

ਫਿਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਕਾਬਜ਼ ਇੱਕ ਖਾਸ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਗਰੋਹ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ – ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਚ ਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ! 🙂

Lok Raj ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀਜੇਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ । ਜੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਕੱਲੀ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਕਮਿਊਨਿਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਇਕ ਝੰਡੇ ਥੱਲੇ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਰਗੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਣੀ ਹੈ । ਉਥੇ ਵੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਬਾਕੀ 35 ਬਿਰਾਦਰੀਆਂ ਇਕੱਠੀਆਂ ਕਰ ਲਈਆਂ ਹਨ ।

ਇੱਕ ਆਮ ਵਰਤਾਰਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਧਿਰ ਯਕਮੁਸ਼ਤ ਗੁੰਡਾਗਰਦੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਤੇ ਉੱਤਰਦੀ ਹੈ – ਉਹਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਲਾਮਬੰਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ. ਹਰਿਆਣੇ ਚ ਜਾਟ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਨਾਲ ਇਹੋ ਹੋਈ ਆ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਚ ਵੀ ਇਹੋ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ !

ਕਿਸੇ ਮਗਰ ਕੁੱਤੇ ਲਾ, ਪਜਾਮਾ-ਲੱਤਾ ਪੜਵਾਉਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਨੋਰੰਜਨ ਸਮਝਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਸਮੂਹ ਵਜੋਂ ਕਿੱਡੀ ਕੁ ਉੱਚੀ ਸੋਚ-ਉਡਾਰੀ ਮਾਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਕਿਆਸ ਕਰਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਔਖਾ ਨਹੀਂ।

India has many asymmetric federalism arrangements outside of Kashmir. This act potentially sets the precedent for invalidating all of them. How can we justify offering Nagaland asymmetric federalism but deny it to Kashmir? Its implication is that the government can unilaterally declare any existing state to be a Union Territory. This is a constitutional first. We are simply a union of Union Territories that happen to be a state at the discretion of the Centre.

Even if Article 370 were to be scrapped, the proposal to alter Jammu and Kashmir’s status to Union Territory, even if temporarily, is designed to humiliate an already subjugated population. How dare a Muslim dominated state exist in India? Kashmir can now not even be trusted to be a state. The optics of this measure is not integration, it is humiliation, of a piece with subtle and unsubtle reminders to minorities of their place in India.

The feckless abdication of the Opposition will only deepen the sense of alienation. There are no political avenues for protest left. मैं इस बात पर पूरी तरह कायम हूँ कि धारा 370 की भावना जिन्नाह के दावों को ग़लत साबित करने का रास्ता निकलने की कोशिश थी! बेशक उसका ग़लत इस्तेमाल हुआ है, नैशनल कांफ्रेंस ने उस भावना को अपने यहाँ के अल्प-संख्यकों तक नहीं फैलाया| लेकिन लद्दाख वाले मेरे भाई को ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा दस साल का ही इंतज़ार करना पड़ेगा, सब सामने आ जाएगा कि इस यूनियन-टेरीटरी का मतलब बसती या कालोनी है, 19 वीं सदी के अर्थों में, कोई अलग राज्य नहीं!
वैसे डाक्टर साहिब जब लोकतंत्र सूडो ही है तो इससे भी क्या फर्क पड़ेगा अगर बालिग वोट का हक भी रद्द कर दिया जाए, खास तौर कुछ ‘विदेशी’ मजहबों के लिए! थोड़े घडम्म चौधरी और कम हो जाएँगे!

Balram, i have mentioned you in another comment as well. Going back on history is not gonna help as they are rewriting ( or, re-right-ing ) the history, and we have been asking people “to forget”. I’m noticing that idol complaining has been the only thing which we have done and we are pretty good at it.
If you come to terms with the fact that soon Indira Gandhi turned to the vote-banks politics that was the end of it.
If BJP is playing it dirty that’s not the only political party and that’s not only in India. World has changed.
Until and unless you let go of the previous “knowledge” there’s no hope for you in this “New India” nor can you put yourself together to communicate, and, you’ll complain endlessly. There’s isn’t really any need for whining wimps but we need the ‘new mind” highly adaptable to the new environment and quick-learners of new and continuously changing language.
I don’t really have any thoughts over this issue of ethno-cide, way worse situation than Baloch people.

ਗ਼ਲਤ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਨ ਮੌਕੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਧਿਰ ਦੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਬੋਲਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਠੱਪਾ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਕਹਾਂ ਕਿ 1975 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਭੇ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਧਰਮ/ਫ਼ਿਰਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਲਈ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਮੁਆਮਲਾ ਸਮਝ ਆ ਜਾਵੇ, ਪਰ ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਕਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸਭਨੇ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਰਾਹ ਅਪਣਾਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ “ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਬੋਲਣਾ” ਹੈ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਭਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹਿਆ। ’47 ਵੇਲੇ ਕੇਵਲ ਰਜਵਾੜੇ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਪੁਜ਼ੀਸ਼ਨ ਕਾਰਣ ਖ਼ੁਦ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਸਨ ਫਿਰ ਇਹੋ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਆਇਆ ਨੇ ਭੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਲਈ। ਸਭਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਨਾਂ ਰਜਵਾੜਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੂਰੀ-ਪੂਰੀ ਮੱਦਦ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਚੱਲਿਆ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਰੂਸ ਦੇ ’17 ਵਾਲੇ ਪਲਟਾਉ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਯੂਕਰੇਨ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਭੀ ਬਲਸ਼ਵਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਨਹਿਰੂ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਭੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਅੱਜ ਸੈਕੂਲਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਡੈਮੋਕ੍ਰੇਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸੈਕੂਲਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਭਤੋਂ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਹੈ, ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ; ਸਭਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਆਂਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਉੱਪਰ। ਸੈਕੂਲਰਿਜ਼ਮ ਵੱਲ ਮੂੰਹ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ਰਕ ਆਉਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ, ਲੋਕ, ਸਮਾਂ ਸਭਨੇ ਮਿਲਕੇ ਸੈਕੂਲਰਿਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗਾਹਲ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ-ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਗਲੇ ਲਗਾਇਆ, ਹੁਣ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹੋ ਹੀ ਗਲੇ ਦਾ ਫਾਹ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਡੇਲੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਏ ਪਏ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਵੱਲ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਆਪੇ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਲੱਗਣੇ ਹੋਏ।
ਭਗਤਿ-ਧਾਰਾ ਦੀ ਸਹਿਹੋਂਦ ਅਤੇ ਸਵੀਕ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਮਝ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਕੂਲਰਿਸਟ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਪਣਾਏ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕੰਮ ਚਲਣਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ। ਇੰਡੀਆ ਅੱਜ ਸਥਿਰ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਪਰ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਗਰਕਣ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਪਰ disintegrate ਹੋਣ ਨੂੰ ਝੱਟ-ਬਿੰਦ ਭੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗੇਗਾ। -

ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟ ਦੇ ਬਿਜ਼ਨੈਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਖ਼ਲ-ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਘੁਸਪੈਠ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਕੁ ਸੌਖੀ ਹੈ? ਕੀ ਹਰ ਅਦਾਰਾ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਭੀ ਅਦਾਰੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਬਖ਼ਤਰਬੰਦ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਰਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ? ਪਰ, ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਆਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ-ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੀ ਅੜਿੱਕਾ ਡਾਹ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪਾਕਿ-ਭਾਰਤ ਮਿਲਕੇ ਚੀਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਸਥਾਰਵਾਦੀ ਰੁਚੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਖੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪ ਉਸੇ ਤਰਜ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਾਲ਼ਾਂ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਲੱਗੇ। ਇੱਕ ਅਦਿੱਖ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਕਿਆਸ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਖੜ੍ਹਨ-ਲੜ੍ਹਨ ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਰਹੇ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅਤਿ ਕਾਲੇ ਦੌਰ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਇਹੋ ਕੁਝ ਕਾਂਗ੍ਰਸ ਕਰਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਜੋ ਅੱਜ ਬੀਜੇਪੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਇੱਕ ਸੈਕੂਲਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਬਣਾਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਹੋਵੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ-ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਵੱਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਣਾ। ਬਹੁਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਬੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਹਾਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਨੁਕਤਾਚੀਨੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਚਮਕਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਡਰਾਮਾ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦਾ ਰਿਸ਼ਤਾ ਗਾਲੀ-ਗਲੋਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਦਲਕੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਰਾਹ ਚੱਲਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਖ਼ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਖ਼ੁਦ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਆਉਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲੇਖੇ ਲਾਉਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ।
ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮੀਡੀਆ, ਜੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ, ਪੰਦਰਾਂ ਮਿੰਟ ਲਈ ਤਾਂ ਹਰੇਕ ਨੂੰ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ, ਅੱਜ ਸਾਨੂੰ celebrities ਭੀ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਭੀ ਨ ਦੇਵੇ। ਵਸੀਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ amplify ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਏ ਨਾਂਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਤੋਂ ਚਲਦੇ ਗਾਣੇ ਨੂੰ reflect ਕਰਨਾ।
ਜਿਵੇਂ “ਵਿਰੋਧੀ” ਵਿਚਾਰ ਸੁਣਨ ਸਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੰਨ ਬੰਦ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਇਹੋ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਰਮ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ। ਲੋਕ ਅਸਸੁਪਤੀਓਂ ਆਸਰੇ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਹੀ ਨ ਲੱਗਣ ਦੇਵੋ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੌਣ ਹੋ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਵੋ, ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਹੀ ਸੁਣੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਰ ਕਰੇਗੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ individualism ਸਭਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਹੈ, “ਵੱਖਰੀ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ” ਸਭਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਭਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਹਿਸਾਸ ਦਿਵਾਓ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿੰਨੇ typical ਹੋ, mundane ਹੋ, ਭੀੜ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੋ। ਇਹੋ ਮੈਂ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਭੀ।

yes! this is neo-fundalism, commitment to orthodoxy. congress did change and it did so for the worse. “ਮੈਂ ਫੰਡਾਮੈਂਟਲਿਸਟ ਹਾਂ” carries the same tone as sushma swaraj was repeatedly saying in the parliament, “haaN! hm firkaprasT haiN,” or as bhindrawala will say, “je ….. taaN hrek sikh atvaaDee hai.”
it’s just a shame that the best minds of my time are using the idiom same as were wished by the rulers, that is, no talking to the seeming opposing views.
i still say that india offers more freedom than any of the european or the new world governments. here, my struggle is against the “rule of the law” and in india, i feel, the time is to restore the honor of the law.
i wish things were as ‘black & white” as you are trying to show. what is more disheartening is that you truly believe that things are so.
this is the saddest thing about the the matters that you are not agreeing on discussing anything unless everyone agrees to your absolute truth.
you should seriously look into two things, 1. why did congress lost for the first time in 1977? and, 2. why it has been thrown out of the periphery of india politics?
do this in order to figure out what went wrong and how to mend the damages and is it possible. the blame game is what has been going on since roman empire times. i’m not saying it doesn’t work ( hell, it worked pretty fine for BJP in the recent elections which was focused on two things: misdeeds of nehru and his family and Fear of Invisible enemy. ) but it really is outdated.

2. Any money offered/donated to any religious institution or party shall be checked under tight scrutiny for money-laundering and/or extremist/separatist promotions and when allowed shall face a high ( upto 75% ) excise cut. ( Appraise the God and Tax the Church. )
3. Free the people to express their anti-religious sentiments ( Without hurting any individual ‘s religious sentiments, HA HA )

Democracy or whatever the system or no system. it’s not the few elite, a tyrant or a government that runs the society but other way around. otherwise, every dictator, conqueror, invader-settler would have won in definitely. but history have told us that since antiquity “when people wanted” they changed the society they lived in.
I had touched on these subjects that how “slavery, especially intellectual, is an utter bliss.” there must be reason why Friedrich Nietzsche said, “A man quit anything but his misery.” it’s true regardless, you think about an individual or a society or the society.
so, fine-tuning or re-tuning of the masses is nothing, given that, they just seem to enjoy it but are bored out of their mind from carrying that tune. most of the times changing the tone makes it work, you don’t even need to change the tune.
Focusing on the solution:
yeah the answer is in Bhagti-Movement, Egalitarian attitude grown out of the utter devotion to the supreme power realized through personal experience ( of Daily Work & Art. )
what we need to know is how people turn bhagti-movement kinda things into stuff that is in synchronization with the state and government and used only to hurt them individually and as a society.

i have already commented that the changed scene of the Real Estate will give rise to ( reorganize ) a new kind of Land Mafia.

The corridor passes through Baluchistan and Kashmiri territories. The Kalas(h)/Kafirstan ( Pakistani ) kids have Chinese as their syllabus, nowadays. Pakistan has already ceded, illegally, land to Chinese to facilitate this build this “corridor”.

Do we even remember that there used to be a continent sized large country around 780s-790s, called Tibet. and Asia or Europe, Lhasa was the the greatest capital. where’s it now? -
